Josh W. Mack has litigated civil and criminal trials and appeals in both Colorado state and federal courts. His civil litigation practice is focused on a variety of real property issues, including boundary disputes and easements, adverse possession, oil and gas, mortgages and liens, probate, landlord/tenant and land use. He has also represented clients in a range of quasi-judicial and administrative hearings.

Mr. Mack represents buyers and sellers in commercial, residential, and ranch real estate transactions; as well as developers and builders in acquiring property, obtaining entitlements, and drafting governing documents for new developments; and represents landowners in drafting and enforcement of commercial leases. He also represents banks in commercial, non-profit and public finance transactions.

Mr. Mack was born and raised in Louisiana but attended both college and Law School in Colorado. After graduating from Law School, Mr. Mack served as law clerk to the Honorable Judge Lael Montgomery in Colorado’s 20th Judicial District. Following his clerkship, he joined the firm in 2007, and became a partner in 2015.
