Goldman, Nicholson, & Mack, PC was founded in Durango, Colorado in 1995 when Michael Goldman and others established a general practice law firm which also served as outside counsel for La Plata County, Colorado. Lindsey Nicholson joined the firm as an associate in 2001 and became a partner in 2006. Josh Mack joined the firm as an associate in 2007 and became a partner in 2015.
After over 30 years of successful practice in southwest Colorado, Denny Ehlers joined our firm as Of Counsel in December 2015. GNM provides legal services throughout southwestern Colorado, including Durango, Telluride, Cortez, Pagosa Springs, and surrounding western slope communities.
Ours is a diverse practice and our attorneys have expertise in most areas of civil and criminal law. We provide trusted guidance to our clients in real estate and business transactional matters. Our trial lawyers are comfortable in court and will vigorously litigate cases when necessary, but we will also explore all options with our clients to successfully resolve disputes in a manner meeting the client’s needs. Our attorneys also represent criminal defendants in misdemeanor and felony matters in both state and federal courts. We represent individual plaintiffs in personal injury matters, and individuals and insurers in defending personal injury claims. We also have extensive experience working with governmental entities and banks.
Despite each attorney’s primary areas of practice, our firm operates as a team, and we regularly consult with each other in order to ensure that each client receives the benefit of the combined knowledge and experience (over 75 collective years) that we share.
